FGevo : NEW DRILLING MACHINE FOR PLATES, GUSSETS

FGevo is the latest development in plate processing from Vernet Behringer. This new machine can perform various scribing and drilling operations of plates, gussets up to 1000 x 650 x 40 mm.

A special attention was paid to the parts transfer and their support during machining thanks to feeding carriage system with grippers as well as ball table permanently supporting the plate. The standard 4-position automatic tool changer helps minimizing operator’s interventions.

The closed portal machine frame ensures the highest rigidity during drilling operations.

Additional modules have been designed to increase productivity and improve machining possibilities. The optional disk marking unit with 25 positions guarantees fast, noiseless and deep marking, readable after shot blasting / galvanizing. The hole deburring system can also be optionally integrated into the machine as well as the extended 8-position automatic tool changer.

And of course, its main original features have been kept: ergonomic design achieved thanks to the grippers positioned at the rear of the machine for easy loading and unloading, PRONC23D powerful, user-friendly programming software and very low running costs.
