FIRST VISIT IN HANOVER FOR 2 NEW VERNET BEHRINGER MACHINES!
VERNET BEHRINGER will use the upcoming Euroblech 2016 exhibition in Hanover to present its innovative technologies.
On stand F85, Hall 12, Vernet Behringer will showcase its
- New HD-S 412 compact drilling-milling machine for profiles particularly dedicated to small/medium-sized steel fabricators looking for a versatile machine with compact footprint or bigger companies requiring an additional line for lighter profiles, with 400 x 300 mm capacity. This 3-spindle machine can drill simultaneously the web and both flanges of H-beams, but also process channels, angles, flats as well as right hollow sections. Jansen steel profiles for windows and doors can also be machined thanks to an optional adaptation kit. It offers a unique clamping system with CNC controlled x-axis with 150 mm stroke ensuring: high productivity when carbide drilling, as there is no time lost for clamping/unclamping operation between holes (within 150 mm window), in combination with high-end energy efficient Siemens spindle motors; vibration-free milling operations on profiles (long holes, openings etc.); fast and precise part identification and layout marking with Vernet Behringer’s exclusive V-scoring system.
The range comprises the HD-S 612, 912 and 1012 with respectively 600, 900 and 1000 x 300 mm capacity and comes with infeed/outfeed loading and transport systems and can be installed in line with a high performances BEHRINGER band sawing machine for straight and mitre cuts.
- Latest development in plate processing the FGevo 1000 that can perform various drilling, milling, marking and deburring operations of gusset plates up to 1000 x 650 x 40 mm (FGevo 1000), that fits with most of standard requirements in fabrication, or even 2000 x 1000 x 60 mm (FGevo 2000) for bigger works. The closed portal machine frame ensures an optimal rigidity, and a special attention was paid to the parts transfer and their support during machining thanks to feeding carriage system with grippers as well as ball table permanently supporting the plate. These are key parameters for high speed carbide drilling and vibration-free milling, making the machine very productive. The 4-position (optionally 8-position) automatic tool changer helps minimizing operator’s interventions. The exclusive V-scoring fast scribing system is a standard feature of FGevo, ensuring fast and precise part identification and layout marking. Additional modules have been designed to increase productivity and improve machining possibilities: the disk marking unit with 25 positions guarantees fast and deep marking and a hole deburring unit can also be integrated to deburr the lower face of plates.
