FRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer)‌ faces significant recycling challenges due to its complex composition of ‌organic resins‌ and ‌inorganic fibers‌. WANROOE machine presented a recycling plan.

1.Dual-Shaft Shredder‌: Collected FRP products are conveyed via a feeding belt or ‌scraper conveyor‌ into double shaft shredder‌, where they are fragmented into small, recyclable pieces.
2.Hammer Mill‌: Shredded fragments are conveyed via ‌belt conveyor‌ to crusher‌ machine, where they undergo secondary size reduction into ‌fibrous strands‌.
‌3.Impurity Removal‌: Metallic contaminants are extracted using ‌magnetic separation equipment‌.

Fiberglass Waste Transformed‌: Through multi-stage shredding, FRP waste is converted into ‌functional construction fillers‌, delivering "reinforcement through recycling" in brick manufacturing and road engineering, thereby advancing low-carbon infrastructure development.

Brick Manufacturing Application‌: Incorporating ‌5%-15% glass fiber filler‌ into brick raw materials (e.g., cement-aggregate blends) enables uniform fiber dispersion that refines pore structures, enhances inter-particle bonding, and improves ‌compressive strength/crack resistance‌. Concurrently, cement usage decreases by ‌8-12%‌ due to fiber reinforcement, achieving dual objectives of ‌cost reduction and performance optimization‌ for walls and flooring installations.

Road Engineering Application:Incorporating ‌glass fiber‌ into asphalt mixtures (typical dosage: 3%-8%) or concrete (adjustable dosage) fills material gaps, enhancing:
‌Asphalt performance‌: Elevated high-temperature stability and deformation resistance;
‌Concrete properties‌: Improved abrasion resistance and impermeability;
‌Infrastructure longevity‌: Extends service life of roads/bridges while reducing maintenance frequency and costs.
