Stick-Slip Piezoelectric Actuator Experiment

Application of Voltage Amplifier in Stick-Slip Piezoelectric Actuator Experiments

Experiment Principle:The experiment is based on the stick-slip principle, utilizing the inverse piezoelectric effect to cause deformation of the stator. Motion is achieved through stick-slip stages, with characteristics such as displacement and frequency tested. A sawtooth holding waveform is improved to reduce backward motion. Distilled water is used to simulate insulin, verifying the feasibility of the actuator for driving an insulin pump.
Experimental Procedure: The experiment first tests the displacement, frequency, voltage, and load characteristics of the actuator. A laser displacement sensor and other equipment are used to collect data under different frequencies, voltages, and loads. Subsequently, a sawtooth holding waveform is designed and compared with a traditional sawtooth waveform to evaluate output performance. Finally, an insulin pump experimental platform is constructed, using distilled water to simulate insulin, and the relationship between syringe flow rate and driving voltage/frequency is tested.
Application Fields: Biomedical field, Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) field, Microfluidic manipulation field, Applications in strong electromagnetic interference environments
