Padmounted transformer

Production description:
ZGS serials combined substation, also known as padmounted transformer, is a transformer and distribution product that integrates high voltage control substation and distribution equipment. The difference between this type and box-type substation currently produced in China is that the padmounted transformer integrates the transformer core, high voltage load switch, protective fuse and other equipment into the same oil tank, so it is smaller in size.

Feature:
1. Fully insulation, fully sealed, free maintenance, reliable guarantee of personal safety.
2. Compact structure, low height, the volume is only 1/3-1/5 of the same capacity European substation.
3. It can adopt split box structure to aviod oil pollution in transformer oil tank.
4. The HV side adopts full-range protection of double fuses (Bay-O-Net and ELSP), which greatly reduces the cost.
5. Flexible wiring method, it can be used for ring network or terminal. The cable head can be plugged in and out urgently at 200A load current.
6. High and low voltage compartments are interlocked. The HV compartment door can only be opened after the LV compartment door is opened. The high voltage terminal are fully sealed.
7. The transformer windings and core, HV load switch and fuses all are in oil tank.
