They possess advantages such as high enthalpy, narrow phase change temperature range, high reliability, and long cycle life. Their phase change cold plates are applied in the chip temperature control field of aerospace with high heat flux density. Under the same conditions, YOEC's phase change cold plates have longer temperature control times and lighter weights.

High-end Equipment and Metrological Calibration Testing
