Leak Test App - Module P | Automated Package Testing
Standardize, automate and document your leak testing process
Leak Test App for the P Module
Manual leak testing can create variability between operators, reduce repeatability and make documentation more difficult. In quality control environments, this can lead to inconsistent execution, human error and limited traceability.
The Leak Test App for the P Module was designed to help standardize and automate leak testing for different products and processes. Through an intuitive interface, operators can select the correct recipe and run the test, while administrators can configure parameters and restrict access to prevent unauthorized changes.
Recipe-based leak testing
Each product can have its own test recipe, allowing predefined parameters such as vacuum level and test time. Once saved, recipes can be reused without modifying the configuration before each test.
This helps reduce operator variability and supports a more repeatable quality control process. For additional error prevention, the system can integrate a barcode reader so the operator can scan the product and automatically select the corresponding recipe.
Flexible test configurations
The Leak Test App supports both simple and advanced test configurations. Recipes can include up to four vacuum levels within a single cycle, allowing progressive testing when required.
The application can also combine vacuum and pressure in the same test, or run repetitive cycles to simulate more demanding conditions and evaluate package behavior over time.
Immersion and dry testing
The system can be used for immersion testing, where leaks are detected visually through the appearance of bubbles. This method is ideal for flexible packages containing solid products.
Dry testing is also possible, especially for packages containing liquids. In this case, leaks can be identified through product seepage.
Automated cycles and operator-focused inspection
Once the test starts, the system automatically runs the full cycle according to the selected recipe. The operator can focus on observing the product while the application controls the test sequence.
This reduces manual intervention and helps ensure that each test is performed under the defined conditions.
Traceable results and secure reports
All results are automatically recorded, including operator, date, time, lot number and test parameters. Data can be exported in Excel format, printed or integrated into digital reports.
The system can also generate PDF reports with an electronic signature. If the document is modified, the signature becomes invalid, helping protect the integrity of the test results.
Designed to evolve with your process
From basic leak tests to more advanced vacuum, pressure and repetitive cycle configurations, the Leak Test App adapts to your process requirements. If your testing process evolves, the application can evolve with it.
