Filling systems for liquid resins
The challenge of widely varying products and containers: flexible filling systems from Fricke meet high demands in plastics production
WestWood Kunststofftechnik GmbH optimizes its processes through automated IBC filling with PMMA-based sealing and coating systems for building renovations. In order to meet increasing demands, WestWood has installed four new filling systems from Fricke Abfülltechnik GmbH & Co. KG in the last two years. These systems enable reliable filling and quick switching between different types and sizes of containers.
The oldest Fricke system has been in operation for over 20 years, reported Bernd Brinkmann, operations manager at WestWood. Due to the positive experiences and regional cooperation, WestWood once again commissioned Fricke. The new systems offer fast cleaning, flexible handling of different viscosities and container sizes, as well as quick conversion to new products. They enable efficient filling into different containers and improve the ergonomic design of workstations.
