Real-time Thermal Visualization for High-Temperature Furnace Operations

HTEC-video collaborated with Tianyuan Group (Sichuan Pingshan Tianyuan Titanium Industry Co., Ltd.) to deploy a custom infrared monitoring system for an electric arc furnace (titanium slag furnace). The system provides real-time thermal and visual monitoring, enabling safer and more efficient operation under extreme high-temperature and strongly reducing conditions. For this project, HTEC-video introduced a rail-mounted trolley solution to allow flexible access to the observation port while facilitating the manual removal of slag and refractory deposits.
