This video shows torque and angle measurement of motorcycle accelerator using IMADA torque-angle measurement unit TAA-HTG series and customized fixture.

To determine the torque of a motorcycle’s accelerator, grip the motorcycle’s handlebar with a dedicated grip, and turn the handlebar. IMADA offers the dedicated testing system such as the following configuration, which can graphically visualize the relation between torque and angle. Operativity can be analyzed by comparing test results of different test speed. This torque-angle measurement is utilized for quality control and R&D.
