Liquid level sensor for appliance industry
Optical liquid level sensor
The liquid level sensor is used to detect the state of the liquid, which can mainly realize the functions of water shortage, power failure protection, overflow prevention and reminder. There are many kinds of liquid level sensors, including photoelectric, floating ball, capacitive, and ultrasonic sensors. The sensors in the household appliance industry should be as small as possible, easy to install and have high detection accuracy.
The liquid level sensor commonly used in the household appliance industry is also the most widely used one due to its proper optical principle. The optical liquid level sensor contains an infrared transmitting tube and a photosensitive receiver. The light emitted by the transmitting tube reflects differently on the two media surfaces of liquid and air. The state of the liquid is judged by the difference of the light received by the receiver.
Optical liquid level sensors are often used in coffee machines, water purifiers, drinking fountains, water heaters, electric steamers and other equipment.
The IMS optical liquid level sensor has a variety of dimensions, materials and performance, and the maximum temperature resistance can reach 100 ℃, which can be used in many household appliances.
