Hydraulic stamping press

A new c-frame hydraulic moulding press is ready to be loaded and shipped to our customer.

The c-frame hydraulic moulding press, PCL model, is used in a wide range of industrial sectors. It is widely used in metalworking for bending, stamping, cutting and cold deformation operations on sheet metal. Furthermore, it is used in the production of components for the automotive industry, the aerospace industry and in the production of household appliances.

This machine develops a power of 100 tons of pressure and is operated through the simultaneous use of double buttons.

The press can be used both in "manual" mode, which is very useful for positioning the molds and for adjusting the end-of-stroke sensors. In this mode the cylinder stops as soon as the operator stops pressing the double descent buttons. For the ascent, the use of a special button is required.

In the "automatic" mode, the cylinder automatically rises which occurs in the following cases:

– Whenever the simultaneous use of the double buttons is no longer active.

– When the cylinder touches the work surface or touches the lower limit switch sensor.

– When the hydraulic press reaches the preset pressure, in case the pressure switch has been activated.

The PCL 100 hydraulic press has a descent speed of 25 mm/sec and a working speed of 4 mm/sec. The hydraulic power unit has a power of 4Kw.

The work area is protected by lateral metal grilles which guarantee the operator's safety.
