Another batch of 8 hydraulic workshop presses for molding is ready to reach the final customer, located in Northern Italy.

The electro-hydraulic presses are all the same and each of them develops a power of 70 tons.

They have been customized by adding an opening rear net, which is equipped with safety sensors, which immediately interrupt the operation of the hydraulic press in case of opening during the pressing phases.

Another customization is the creation of the upper mobile table of 700 x 500mm, which is larger than the standard model which measures 700 x 350mm.

These hydraulic workshop molding presses are equipped with a bottom side lock valve. This special valve has the task of maintaining a constant pressure level inside the cylinder for the entire pressing time that has been set.

All working parameters can be conveniently set using the Siemens KTP 700 Basic digital screen.

The cylinder approach speed is 24 mm/sec, while the working speed is 5 mm/sec.

The hydraulic press is operated using double buttons.
