The PSS 100 M model two-column hydraulic workshop press is suitable for carrying out various repairs in any professional mechanical workshop, including straightening metals, assembling and disassembling bearings and bolts, or for carrying out stamping or sheet metal deformation work.

The wide front opening allows you to easily position long or wide pieces and the support surface is hollow, thus allowing the material to be worked even perpendicularly.

As optional equipment, the support plate and the pair of V-prisms are available, which is very useful for straightening metal profiles.

The working base of the electro-hydraulic press is adjustable in height and its lifting is done by chains to be connected to the hydraulic cylinder. Once the desired working position has been found, the table is blocked by means of thick steel tubes, which firmly fix the platform and prevent any unwanted movement.

The frame of the two-column hydraulic workshop press is made of fully welded milled steel, which allows the machine to absorb even the highest pressures. The PSS 100 M hydraulic press is therefore suitable for intensive use in maintenance and repair workshops or even in industrial plants.

The hydraulic piston can be moved transversely by means of a handwheel, thus allowing the necessary pressure to be applied at different points of the piece without having to move the material to be worked.

The press is equipped with a two-speed control unit which is activated by means of the simultaneous use of the lever and the button, as required by current CE safety regulations and the cylinder has a stroke of 500mm and a maximum speed of 25mm/ sec.
