At the request of our customer, we have customized this type of electro-hydraulic press, adding a whole series of optional accessories and customizations.

This press is in fact equipped with 3 microswitches that regulate the stroke and speed of the cylinder. The press has a separate speed management, through which the operator can set the moment at which the hydraulic cylinder switches from the descent speed of 24 mm/sec to the working speed of 4 mm/sec.

The console on which the double buttons for operating the press are inserted is mounted on a lateral column and has a 180° joint.

This pressing machine develops a power of 40 tons and is supplied with a 4 kW hydraulic power unit.

The distance between the movable upper table and the fixed lower table is 900mm.

Under the lower table of this double-column hydraulic stamping press there are two slots, which facilitate the movement of the machine within the workshop by means of a forklift.

The color of the press is also customized and the machine has been painted with the color RAL 7035.
