The machine will be used in a mechanical workshop to straighten various metal components, including racks, but also pinions, gears and various types of gears.

This is a hydraulic press that develops a power of 70 tons and has a maximum light between the cylinder and the lower plate of 500 mm.

The table measures 800 x 500mm and is completely surface milled and welded to the machine frame.

On both columns of the press, 200mm openings have been made to allow the installation of a roller conveyor. This is to facilitate the lateral sliding of the metal piece to be straightened.

The stroke of the hydraulic cylinder is 500mm and is adjustable using microswitches.

This hydraulic rack straightening press is equipped with a two-speed hydraulic power unit and has a 4 kW motor.

The hydraulic piston descent speed is 10 mm/sec and this, in accordance with safety standards, allows the use of a single lever to move the cylinder.

The height of the work platform from the ground is 1100mm, while the distance between the two uprights is 1000mm.
