The electro-hydraulic press with mobile platform, model PBM 70, is the machine tool for performing sheet metal straightening operations and for carrying out various jobs within a mechanical workshop, such as assembly and various repairs.

This press is characterized by the presence of a mobile bench, which is very useful for being able to load bulky and heavy materials, such as motors, using a crane and then being able to slide the platform under the cylinder to carry out the pressing work.

The support bench was completely welded and surface milled and, at the customer’s request, a front opening was created to facilitate the dismantling of the piece to be worked on.

This electro-hydraulic press with mobile platform develops a power of 70 tons.

The descent speed of the cylinder is 29 mm/sec, while the working speed is 4 mm/sec.

The hydraulic cylinder has a stroke of 500 mm and the upward and downward movement of the piston occurs through the simultaneous use of the lever and button.

Thanks to the presence of microswitches, it is possible to adjust the stroke of the piston and therefore choose the maximum point of ascent and descent of the cylinder.
