A new customized shop hydraulic press is ready to reach its final destination.

The customer needed to use a double-column electro-hydraulic press for the assembly of high-tech components and therefore needed a machine capable of meeting this requirement.

Normally, traditional workshop hydraulic presses are not suitable for absolutely precise work and to meet our customer’s requests we have created a machine with a completely milled frame. Furthermore, the mobile platform has been equipped with two handles that have the function of eliminating any oscillation and allowing perfect alignment with the piston.

The moving table also features fully welded metal supports to allow work plates to be positioned on top of them, and M16 holes have been made for fixing the tools.

This customized shop hydraulic press develops a power of 100 tons and has a distance between columns of 1100 mm.

The cylinder stroke is 500mm and has a 4 kW power unit. The working speed is 4 mm/sec, while the cylinder descent speed is 9 mm/sec and this allows the press to be operated with a single lever.

The piston is movable and can be moved transversely through the use of a convenient handwheel. In this way it is possible to apply the necessary pressure on the piece without having to move the material.
