This press has been completely customized based on the customer's requests and will be used for the molding of architectural decorations for historic buildings.

Compared to the standard version of our electro-hydraulic deep drawing press, model PST 150 A, this machine has is wider to allow the deformation of bulkier materials. The distance between the columns is 1500mm and the lower and upper tables both measure 1450 x 600mm.

The upper movable plate is supported by 4 sliding guides which have the function of supporting the table and keeping it aligned.

The pressing machine is operated using a pedal, allowing the operator to have free hands during the processing phases.

This double-column hydraulic forming press develops a power of 150 tons and has a cylinder descent speed of 9 mm/sec.

The 500mm stroke of the hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted using two microswitches, which allow you to set the top dead center and the bottom dead center.

The rear part of the press is protected by a metal mesh, which prevents a second operator from inadvertently coming into contact with the working area of ​​the press.
