This press has a highly rigid electro-welded steel carpentry structure and is equipped with a mobile upper support and a fixed lower plate.

The attachments and fixing brackets for the punch are arranged on the upper mobile part, while the brackets for the sheet metal bending die are installed on the lower platform.

This pressing machine is equipped with both a pair of supports for positioning the metal sheet to be machined, both in the front and in the back. Both pairs of supports are equipped with a millimetric rod for micrometric adjustment, which therefore guarantees high precision.

There is also a rear protective metal net that can be opened like a door and is equipped with safety microswitches, which block the press from working if the metal net is opened during the pressing cycle.

The approach speed of the hydraulic cylinder is under 10 mm/sec and this, based on safety regulations, allows the operator to have his hands free and to be able to move the sheet metal during the press processing phases.

The control unit of this electro-hydraulic press brake was mounted on the frame at the customer's request, with the aim of optimising space within the mechanical workshop.
