Tederic's CellSure micro-foaming technology blends nitrogen and plastic into the mold, and the plastic product presents as a result of the internal microporous structure wrapped by the external solid layer. The cellular structure of the microporous form can easily reduce the weight of the product by 12%-20% and increase the mechanical strength of the product by more than twice.

In the actual production process, lower demand for clamping force can effectively reduce the production process energy consumption and molding cycle, improve productivity and efficiency. Damaged pallets can also be recycled for reuse.
