The principle of the XSPXP series twin-screw pump is that in the closed cavity inside the pump body, two non-contact screws continuously rotate to generate pressure and convey it towards the pump outlet. This continuous axial movement forms a gentle and low-pulse conveying.

It does not have the impact force of the centrifugal type, the squeezing of the CAM rotor pump, or the reciprocating pulse of the plunger pump, so it can well protect the integrity of the medium and the shape, size and surface of the product.

1. It has the ability to rotate in both forward and reverse directions for conveying.

2. The shaft seal at the feed port end can keep the shaft seal in a normal pressure state, ensuring the sealing performance of the pump under high pressure.

3. Strong self-priming ability: until the vacuum degree is lower than -0.8bar (when there is material in the pump cavity).

4. Wide range of conveyed media: Viscosity ranges from 100 to 500,000 CST, and it can convey the largest particle size of 40mm.

5. Wide speed regulation range: from 100 to 3600 RPM. It can be used as a pump or as an integrated conveying device.
