Vertiv has launched the CoolLoop RDHx chilled water rear door cooling solution, delivering up to 80kW per cabinet. Its microchannel fin exchanger boosts cooling efficiency over 40% and cuts air resistance 30%. Integrated with cold plate cooling, it handles 45-120kW per cabinet at PUE below 1.2. Passive mode serves up to 40kW with zero extra power; active EC fans deliver ...

Liquid cooling has become the core foundation for high-density data centers, delivering over 1000 times the thermal efficiency of air cooling. As the system hub, CDUs come in air-to-liquid form for 5-15kW edge and small facilities, and liquid-to-liquid plate heat exchangers for 15kW+ high-power AI clusters. Cold plate cooling suits most existing upgrades with high safety...

An eight-year air conditioning engineer instinctively looked for air outlets in a liquid cooling room—found none. The biggest hurdle for O&M teams is not technical skill but ingrained air-cooling habits. Coolant systems demand cost awareness: glycol testing and replacement cost thousands of dollars, while excessive flow reduces efficiency and raises energy use. Safety ad...

Vertiv™ CoolChip Fluid Network Rack Manifolds deliver a clean, efficient path between servers and CDUs. Built from 304L stainless steel, these zero-U in-rack manifolds feature drip-free quick connectors, air release and drain valves, plus top/bottom connections for rack- and row-level cooling. Row-based manifolds form the backbone of the Secondary Fluid Network, distribu...

Manifold is the circulation heart of energy-saving liquid cooling, connecting CDUs to cold plates in AI data centers. High-quality manifolds offer corrosion resistance, high strength, single/double-row flexibility and ±0.1mm precision, with laser and manual welding ensuring sealing. As high-density computing accelerates, suppliers including Fuman, CoolIT Systems, Nidec, ...

Intel is uniting the industry to build a mature cold plate liquid cooling ecosystem, with Invic as a core supplier and devices jointly certified. GreenCloud partners with Intel and Luxshare Technology to break heat dissipation limits, launching the Hurricane Water-Free Cold Plate Cooling System. Its self-developed non-conductive coolant, co-developed with Taihang Lubrica...

GreenCloud has signed a strategic cooperation intent with Intel to jointly develop an immersion cooling system based on Intel's next-generation Birch Stream platform for low-carbon data centers. Featuring innovative TANK and CPU heat pipe designs, the solution saves 30% energy versus traditional air cooling and cuts data center PUE. With nearly 100 technical patents, Gre...

Sealing reliability is the core guarantee for liquid cooling CDU stability. Five measures ensure zero leakage: ultra-precision component manufacturing with strict dimensional control; premium elastic, corrosion- and heat-resistant sealing materials; standardized assembly with precise pressure and torque; hydraulic pressure tests and high-precision inspection beyond norma...

AI-driven heat loads are skyrocketing, making liquid cooling the preferred choice for AI GPU data centers. At its core lies the Cooling Distribution Unit (CDU), circulating and regulating coolant in sealed loops for stable rack and chip cooling. Experts advise choosing CDUs on test-verified performance, as full-range extreme condition testing reveals real-world efficienc...

Liquid cooling systems split into two mainstream CDU routes. Air-liquid CDUs combine liquid cooling inside cabinets with air-based heat rejection, making them a cost-effective transitional choice for legacy facility upgrades and mid-low power density rooms up to 30kW. Liquid-liquid CDUs transfer heat entirely through coolant, delivering stronger efficiency, ultra-low PUE...

High-power GPUs on NVIDIA's new-generation platforms have made air cooling obsolete and liquid cooling manifolds a core component of AI computing. Manifolds evenly distribute coolant across cabinets, helping smart computing centers achieve PUE below 1.1. NVIDIA's dual certification has produced eight core manifold suppliers, with most global capacity held by Chinese manu...

As NVIDIA Rubin GPUs reach extreme power levels, air cooling fades from mainstream use and liquid cooling manifolds become the indispensable core of AI computing. Now standard in intelligent computing centers, they determine heat dissipation efficiency and platform stability. NVIDIA's strict dual certification has put Chinese suppliers in most global positions, controlli...

Condensation and leakage threaten server rack equipment, making the CDU's leak-proof performance key to stable data center liquid cooling. Five measures deliver complete sealing: ultra-precision processing of pipelines and interfaces for perfect assembly fit; high-elasticity, corrosion- and heat-resistant rubber and polymer seals; standardized assembly with pre-assembly ...
